The company will not carry any letter/personal mail/currency or any such article/s which are prohibited under Indian Post Office Act. 1893 Cheques, Drafts, Files, Stationery documents, Negotiable instruments, Banking papers and such other document are not carried from being sent through courier service.
The consignment should not contain any such items which are profited or contraband by Air Port Authority / Railway. The company will not be responsible for any such article/s sent by the Consigner and on the contrary will be solely responsible for all untoward incidents and legal consequences.
The consignment not covered by insurance sent entirely at consignor's risk. A maximum sum of Rs. 100/- (One Hundred Only) will be paid if the consignment is lost or damaged during transit. The consignor will not be entitled to claim any further damages Irrespective of the value of the articles.
Accepted without checking as per consignor's declaration and if anything found wrong in the consignment, the consignor will be solely held responsible and liable for all the consequences.
Company shall not be liable for any loss incurred due to any act of God such as accident or any other calamities, any act of riots, strikes, or any other cause whatsoever beyond the control of the company No claim will be entertained if loss / damaged is caused in such events.
No claim will be accepted after 30 days from the date of booking not any communication shall be entertained by the company in any circumstances as all the proofs/records of delivery will be destroyed by the company thereafter.
All claims for insured consignments will be settled on the face value of the articles declared by consignor at the time of booking and at the origin station only.
Octroi or any other charges is viable by any Central / State / Local Authority wherever applicable shall be payable by the consignor only.
The company will not accept responsibility for undeclared consignments and those containing incrossed, bearer Cheques / Demand Drafts.
